11 years ago I left Romania, and since then,

I started life from zero in 3 different countries, changed careers 3 times,

traveled the world and created transformative experiences with others.

And I am living the life I always wanted to!

My name is Ana Maria and before I was confident and brave about facing a new life transition; I held on to toxic situations because I too afraid to move on: 

 

Not embracing the transition:

  • kept me in jobs I hated

  • kept me in toxic and degrading relationships 

  • kept me living in places that were not supportive of my self-expression

  • destroying my health (gaining weight, chest and back pain, low energy level, inability to focus on my job or life, more tired than I should be)

All these life changes taught me that in order to navigate a transition
with less pain and less discomfort, one needs to know what stage of a transition they are in .

My Smooth Transition Blueprint™ focuses on

mind shift

Transitioning from an old identity into a new one can be confusing, overwhelming and scary. With a bit of perspective over your journey; where you are now and where you are going this transition can start to make sense.

emotional strength 

Deflecting, numbing or bypassing intense emotions that emerge during a transition is normal, yet not helpful in the long run. We will practise how to feel and navigate your intense emotions. This skills will be helpful in any new transition you might be facing moving forward.

aligned action

Sometimes, as we move towards the new identity, we might doubt we made the right choice. The answer is encoded into your body's knowing. Together we will tap into your body's wisdom, your inner knowing and find out if your doubt comes from fear of change or from misalignment. 

You'll reclaim your inner knowing to step into the new phase of your life.

My blueprint is focusing on all the elements employed by a transition (your mind, your heart, your body), not just your mind.

  • Succeeded against all odds (let’s face it, i'm not the smartest, not the best looking. Even as an average person, you can still do it. All it takes is mental, emotional openness and courage to try and fail over and over again)

  • Knowing how to navigate any transition in the most gracious, pain free, and successful way possible (learned the emotional skills, learned what landmarks to look for in a transition that would be clues for my direction)
